Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using Linkdown (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. License

Linkdown is a paid application distributed through the Apple App Store. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Linkdown is a utility application that extracts readable content from web pages and converts it to Markdown format. The App fetches web pages, processes them using an on-device engine, and presents the converted content in an editor for review and export.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App to scrape, harvest, or collect data from websites in violation of their terms of service
• Use the App to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Distribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any portion thereof
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or its services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and intellectual property rights in and to the App are owned by us or our licensors. Your purchase of the App does not grant you any ownership rights. The Markdown content you generate using the App is your property, subject to any third-party rights in the original web page content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or that content extraction will be 100% accurate for all web pages.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Refund Policy

Your purchase is backed by a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If Linkdown is not right for you, you may request a refund through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
